The MySommet application is dedicated to the "Sommet de l'Elevage" event, the next edition of which will be held at the Grande Halle d'Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand from October 4 to 7, 2022. This application is designed to provide the user with relevant content such as the complete program, the list of speakers, a map, practical information, news of the show, animal competitions, conferences, agricultural news. The contents listed above are public and intended for all participants of the show: exhibitors, visitors, etc... The application uses the equivalent of cookies to compile completely anonymous statistics usage.
Matchmaking functionality
In addition, participants with a login/password obtained at the time of their registration to the show can authenticate themselves in the application and access their Participant profile, access their badge, and find the list of conferences and workshops for which they are registered. Once authenticated, the user can send a request for contact to exhibitors via the Contact section. Each participant can, in his profile, modify in near real time his authorization to be visible in this list and contactable. When a participant (the Requester) requests an exhibitor (the Recipient), the latter receives an automatic email informing him that the Requester (Name, first name, organization, function) wishes to contact him. If the Recipient accepts the request via a button available in the body of the email, he/she then accesses the email address of the Requester and can reply. It is only at this moment that the Applicant is aware of the Recipient's email address. From this moment on, all communication between the 2 persons is done by email. The requests for contact are confidential and not accessible to Sommet de l'Elevage SAS.
